abnormal program termination

I am using profitek POS software for Pizza Restaurant.The Icon on the desktop does nothing when i click or double click and when i restart the computer it works.In the end when i hit daily closing it says abnormal program termination.
I reinstalled the OS(ein xp home sp2) and the complete software.
No luck.
Can some one suggest.
