about dns

hello fndz,
i have a big problem about setting up DNS for router for windows xp.i have set up my intranet for my company for that i have used the name as mydom.loc & i wanted to access this name using my comp ip addr. i have done this thing. but i faced the problem in accessing mydom.loc from another comp. using port 5108 which i have given to mydom.loc.how can i access mydom.loc from other comp by using dns setup?
