About net using on laptop

How to use neet from jio fi using wifi ? I am not able to use net it is sauing that this is a metered net work . then I opend the network sharing centre and selected inter net protocol 6 and entered manually but it didn’t accepted that and shown a prompt that all of your setting are cannot be done successfully please help me! I am in need !
