About Security Tab in Windows XP

Hi,
I have a problem.I installed fresh copy of Windows XP professional and my windows partition is NTFS.When I right click on my folder to set the security rights I don’t find any security tab there.
My drives are NTFS and still I do not have security tab in my folders properties.

I would appreciate if someone provides me assistance on it.
