About Software Testing

Hi,
I am John Wesly, I ve completed my B.E in Electronics and Communication and kindly let me know is it advisable to do a Software Testing Course and join a Software Company.

Because i am interested to become a Software Tester and right now i am looking for the best training center in bangalore or do suggest me if there is any company that provides training and job oppurtunities as well.
