ACCESS

I have 2 remote sites that only has workstations at those sites.(no Servers)
Each site has 1meg pipes up/down. Those sites are connected back to the main office via point to point.
The Corporate office has 2 up/down. For the remote sites; email from the corporate office works great; the accounting software works great; but, when opening any folder or documents located on the 2003 File Server; It is really slow and sometimes takes a full minute just to open up any folder.
Any suggestions on a solution for this issue would be greatly appreciative!
