Access 2000 Ports

How do you change the default port 1433 for Microsoft Access 2000? I only use SQL, and know nothing about Access, but I was aked this question and didn’t know the answer. I was told that SQL 7 is intergrated into Access, could the SQLsnake worm effect Access 2000?
