I am designing a database in Access2000 and I am having problems. When I run a query on certain data, the report I have designed will only read the latest data. Is there any way to get all the data entries on the report so that I can show a total billing summary on all entries. Also I need to know if there is a way to place data from a Access 2000 database into an Exel 2000 pre-existing spreadsheet and have it update the spreadsheet automatically as data is entered into Access. This particular problem is holding up the completion of this database and I would appreciate any and all help that I can get.
