Access DB setup

I’m setting up an Access applicaiton, & am having trouble figuring out a few basics. I have 2 development guides & a user’s guide, & still haven’t found a good explanation of HOW to normalize the info before table creation. (I’ve never done this before but my company finds me the most qualified to do it…)
