access denied after a while in server2003

Hi

I am installing windows 2003 server with AD.Each user has full administrator rights to their own desktop.When I connect a user to a shared printer,the user can print for a while(don`t know how long) and then suddenly an error message appears under printer and faxes on the selected printer-cannot connect,access denied.

Please help me!!!!!!
