Access denied to My Docs offline files

I am having a hard time trying to my My Docs avail offline – I keep getting access denined when am trying to sync. Basically I have redirected the my docs folder to a windows 2003 server on a xp pro client. The folder directions works great. I have the home folder in AD pointing out the server share and it seems all permissions are fine – Heres the catch I can make any other folder avail offline fine but not my docs – Can someone help me out with this one.

Okay I just firgured something out if I add everyone group with full controll offline files work fine – But, if I do this wont that mean everyone will have access to everyone else folder??
