access denied when i access the shared folder

Hi,

I am using VMware workstation. I installed windows 2003 server on it.

I have logged in as administrator. i created a shared folder and shared it by default settings.

when access the shared folder through UNC path., \\server.com and when i click shared folder.

It says you dont have permission to access to the network resources, please contact the administrator.

Please help out this.
