Access NT4 Svr share from Win2K Svr

I have set up win 2k server domain. I also have an nt4 pdc and bdc on another domain. I have 2-way trust set. I cannot access any printers or files from the 2kdomain. They have different networks but router is configured to allow access both ways. Why can’t I access the nt shares from win2K?
