Access out look without internet connection

hi,
we are having 15 systems of local network. in that 5 sytems have not connected to internet, remaning all systems having internet and they are accessing mails throu outlook express.
can we access outlook in that systems are not connected to internet , how we can they access mails ?.. can any one help me!
