Access server via SSH behind a Cisco 1841 router

I have tried adjusting the ACL’s on my cisco router, but no luck. I am trying to give access to one of our servers via SSH. The person is coming in from the outside and will be going through our Cisco 1841 router. Any help in opnening SSH up from the remote host to our internal server would be greatly appreciated
