Accessing a desktop remotely

I have one unattended PC at remote location. it is connected to my pc on LAN. I want to install Oracle on that machine, but I will not be able to enable remote desktop sharing on that pc. All I have is the IP Address of that remote pc, its administrator password. Is it possible to access that remote pc’s desktop ?

Please help me.
