Accessing a directory

After a year working, my WXP was reeinstaled, after that I tryed to access a folder and it gave me access denied. I tryed cacls, and xcacls, the last one gave “Directory: E:\Documentos
Error -2147217406: occurred setting Win32_LogicalFileSecuritySetting object. (Msg#501)
Error description: Not found”
I looked at microsoft KB and nothing helped, can any one of you?
