Accessing a Server not on the same Network!

Is it possible to access a server using terminal services that IS NOT on the same network but at the same room as all the other servers on a different network? One of my co-workers would like to access (administrate) a server that is on a different network then all the other servers from his desk. If it is not possible to use Terminal Services is there another way besides walking over to the computer room and accessing it through the main console?
