Accessing Dvr from different Subnet

Hi
i appreciate your solutions and opinion in advance.

i have a network with 3 routers installed.

Router A: connected to internet directly with IP 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0

Router B: connected to Router A with static IP 192.168.1.127 and internal IP 192.168.7.1/255.255.255.0
and
my pc is attached to router B with static IP 192.168.7.100

Router C: connected to Router A with static IP 192.168.1.55 and internal IP 192.168.2.1/255.255.255.0
and
DVR is connected to router C with static IP 192.168.2.175

Router A is provided by ISP and there is no option for static routing.

Whereas, router C and B have static routing feature.

Problem is that i have to access DVR from my pc and both are on different IP segments. what router should be created between router B and router C to access DVR?
