Accessing members NIC cards of a TEAM seperately

i have two NIC cards installed on each of my computers and SFT type of Teaming
is implemented.with teaming both NIC’s acquire One IP.
let suppose i have assigned

10.0.0.1 (IP-1) to NIC-1
10.0.0.2 (IP-2) to NIC-2
and
10.0.0.3 (IP-3) to Team.

Kindly tell me is there any mechanism to access/ping individual IP’s
ie ( IP-1, IP-2) after teaming .
