Accessing Win 98 Safe Mode

Can you explain how to access Win 98 via Safe Mode? On 11/26/00 I mistakeably increased the Scale Fonts to 200% of Normal(96 dpi) Size, therefore enlarging my IBM TP600 Desktop Screen………OOPS….I need my laptop for a Real Estate Presentation on Tuesday 11/28/00……….Please Help.
