Accessing Windows 7 Home Premium computers from XP Professional SP3 desktop

I am running a peer-to-peer network with 4 server 2k3 SP2 systems, 1 Home Server, 2 XP Pro SP3 and a Windows 7 Home Premium laptop. I would like to be able to remotely administer the laptop from one of my XP desktops. Is there a way I can do this or is a version of Remote Desktop simply not possible in Windows 7 Home Premium?
