We recently moved out of our Windows NT Small Business Server into a Windows 2000 Server Domain with 2 Domain Controllers.
I am having a problem with one of the user accounts in that it gets locked out frequently. The user has not put bad passwords in, but the user can go for about 2 hours at the most before the Account gets locked out again. There were no problems getting the user on the domain. The user has also shutdown the PC at night and when the PC is started up in the morning the user’s account shows that is is locked out again. When I set the user’s account to unlocked I go ahead and force the replication between the 2 servers. None of the other users in the office are having this problem. There have not been any Event Viewer messages about accounts being locked out or any problems pertaining to that. I am at a loss here on what could be the problem. Any suggestions regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help.
