I have been a new person into Server 2003 Management and might be asking question which is around for quite a long time but could not find the answer so creating a new discussion topic.
I have a HelpDesk account that is part of a Security groupon which I have run Delegation Control wizard to give the account basic capabilities to reset organisation users account password and other basic functions.
My organisation has the policy of 1 computer/person. My Helpdesk account cannot give a particular user access to other computers if the need arise.
So if he goes into Account properties–>Account Tab–>LogOn to button and then add access to a particular computer for a user that option is greyed out for him
Helpdesk account is part of account operators.
Any help with this problem will be much appreciated.
Also can someone suggest where to find explaination to all the properties that comes under while running the Delegation Wizard
