Account Policies: Working with Win2k

Howdy.

I have a network with 3 Windows 2k servers, and 1 Netware 4.2 server. The clients are Win98, with Client for MS Windows being the primary, and Client for Netware also installed (the MS flavor). How does the logon work? Does the MS client for Netware accept the logon parameters from the MS client for Windows, then pass them to the Netware server?
