Accountability… Lack of

As an I.T. Manager (Gen-X) what I have seen of Gen-Y is a serious lack of accountability and the need to be hand held. This goes directly to their being raised with “Time-Outs” and instant gratification with computers and the information age. Having to baby Gen-Y staff and seeing an overall attention deficit is seriously troubling to our future.
