Acer Aspire 5500z Keyboard Issue

Hello All

I have a Acer Aspire 5500z laptop, recently my keyboard and mouse have started acting up. I can no longer user certain keys on my keyboard.

When windows boots there is a very loud alarm, that will stop when you hit a couple of random keys.

The keys that have stopped functioning correctly are P,4,6,8,0,= and delete key have been replaced with ‘, r, t, u, o,] and the delete key is functioning as the home key.

I have tried reverting it back to the factory default as well as starting in safe mode but nothing seem to work.

Any suggestions??
