Acer Aspire boot-up problem

My Acer Aspire 3680 notebook is only three or so months old, and it’s already having an issue… I tried to turn it on and it went to the white screen with the Acer logo, but after a minute it went to a black screen that said things like “Media test failure, check cable,” “Exiting PXE ROM.” and “Operating System not found.” in the top left corner. Did my computer get hacked? I don’t use Limewire or anything like that. If anybody knows what’s wrong or how I could fix it, I’d really appreciate some help. Thanks..

I tried searching the site for a similar problem but didn’t find anything, so sorry if this is a really repetitive question or a waste of time!
