Acer Aspire One ZG5, stuck in Windows XP “setup is restarting” loop

I tried reinstalling Windows XP on my laptop but by mistake I shut it down. Not I’m stuck in this loop, I don’t have an external CD-ROM and it won’t boot from my memory stick (set as a USB HDD.
I can’t open the command prompt to reset it to factory settings… What can I do?
