Acer notebook so slow

i have an acer travelmate 4100 notebook.it has become so slow.i have checked the processes running in the windows task manager and i have found that there is a process with the image name ‘QtZgAcer.exe’.its CPU usage is either 99% or 98% all the time.could this possibly be the culprit?
