Acess PC from Laptop via Router

How can I prevent the message: “You may not have access to this computer” from displaying?
I’m trying to access the PC from the laptop using Microsoft Office Network. I can access the laptop from the PC.
I have disabled ICF and enabled Simple File Sharing and TCP/IP via the Default Checkbox.
