Acessing MySQL

We are running an applciation on a Windows 2000 server that is using mysql. We have been told that connecting to that application through multiple terminal server sessions will corrupt that data.

My questions is can our employees that are located at other offices connect to this mysql applciation on our server while without using terminal server.

I tested this on one computer and received the error unable to load c:\libmysql.dll
