Acrobat 4.0 on terminal server

I am having some problems to install Adobe acrobat on W2K server with terminal services enabled. The message I am getting during setup is: “The available space on destination disk drive () is not enough for this installation. This installation requires 2 MB of free disk space on this drive”. There is enough disk space on drive c: . I am installing application in install mode (trough Add/Remove programs).
