Acronis Snap Deploy Imaging with Windows 7?

Having an issue imaging windows 7 boxes with acronis snap deploy. The PC will get stuck on the windows splash screen and the imaging is done. This has also happened with Ghost. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Note: All the hardware is the same on the computers being imaged.
