Active Desktop

I have the “Restore Active Desktop” When i first log on. It never restores.
Now its really weird but my documents are showing up as my desktop

I can click and go to my pics and stuff.
its weird I think its kind of funny though,

I ran a virus scan and it didnt come across anything and i dont have the XP cd
