Active Directory

Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me. I’m really new to setting up servers. I have a Windows 2003 R2 server, and its running Active Directory.

Here’s what I want to do:
I want a user to log on to the local domain, with their given user account. And once they log in, I want their desktop to be the same as everyone else, I want the RUN command to be hidden and so as the Control Panel. And also, I want this to be applied to certain users and not to a computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
