Active Directory and Exchange Migration

Hi everyone. I need to know how to migrate settings and data from:

Exchange 2003, AD 2003 runned at Windows Server 2003 to

Exchange 2003, AD 2003 runned at Windows Small Business Server.

Anyway, it’s this possible to do this?
