ACTIVE DIRECTORY IN WIN 2000 SERVER

does anyone know why everytime i try to set up active directory to configure my domain it freeze the system?

im trying to set up my server as a pdc and it keeps asking me for a dns. i don’t have a dns and i don’t want one.
