Active Directory Security Group Listing Associated Folders

Hi,

Windows Server 2003
Is there a feature or software out there that can list all the folders a security group or user is associated with? I know Novell had a simular feature such as this in question. I want to select an object whether it’s a security group or user and have a list of folders that object has access to. Any similar recommendations are appreciated.
