Active Directory Shares, How to connect

I’m running into a setup up issue that I think it common to find. My problem is that I don’t know how to fix it.
All of our MS Windows servers run in one domain, and the workstation are not connected to that domain. How do I get the non ad clients (MS WIN) to connect to the active directory shares on the domain. With out creating local usernames and passwords on each server.
