activesync deployment

hi
I’m new of exchange 2007 admin
I just upgrade exchange 2003 server to exchange 2007 server , and it work correctlly ,
but I need to allow some to read thier mail by mobile , I know that Activesync could do it , but I don’t know how ?
please any one help me how to configure it from A to Z ,
another question : what type of NOKIA mobile device support ActiveSync ?
