AD bulk users & password resets

Hey-o.

Anyone know a good way to bulk import users into AD? I tried using csvde.exe but umm…yeah, I think I got confused somewhere along the line.

Ok…so maybe a good tool OR a good tutorial on csvde.

Also, anyone use the MS Lockoutstatus tool? Any idea on why it would be giving an error message about “The password entered does not comply with the minimum password requirements…” even when IT DOES!
