AD is not letting me in exchange server

though i have the privilages in the domain since my password change i can connect to the dc but not to another dc that has exchange on it which prevents me form doing anything that has to do with echange 2003. How is that possible that it works for one server but not to the exchange server.( could it be rdp issue?)i can log in the exchange enabeled server but AD will have red X mark on it Help!!
