AD Question – Win2000

Hello.

I have 3 Win2k servers in my central office. The first server we built (first one in the forest) is the GC, PDC emulator, etc; We never migrated those roles to a different server. Is there any documentation as to how to do this? We want to remove this server from our environment, and then replace it with a newer box with the same name. Will this have any negative impact on the AD?
