Adaptive Load Balancing

I’ve set up adaptive load balancing through three NICs on my server running NT 4 SP5, and it works great in the Domain and LAN, but for some reason I’m not allowed to use my internet browsers. I vaguely remember that ALB used with NT 4 sp5 or sp6 only works with the IPX, but I’m not sure. If someone knows why it’s not working with TCP/IP please let me know– or how to set it up to work on that protocol. My NICs are all new Intel cards that support NIC teaming.
