Add Printer Wizard

Hi! I am trying to add a printer to a Windows 2000 DC and I cannot execute
the “Add Printer Wizard”. Also I cannot see the previous printers that were
configured. I found an article explaining this behavior but it does not
aplly to my case. The document says that this occurs because there are
third parties “dlls” in the “c:\winnt” directory (Q271248). This is not my
case. Also if I try to right click on the network printer and choose conect, nothing happens. I alredy apply the SP1 with no change or improvement.
