Add/remove button missing in add/remove programs and entries are distribute

Recently i unintalled a program using the add/remove program. After restarting the computer and double click on control panel and clicked on to the Add/Remove program icons.

To my shock some programs found inisde the add/remove had no add remove buttons. And the entries are all like distributed , they programs are like all over the place. They seem to be not organised. Can anyone help me solve this problem.
