Adding a second Site to Network

We’ve acquired an additional site, which is some 70 miles away from HQ, and I’ve been asked to link the two sites, and I wondered how others have done it – and what the success rate has been.

What have you guys done to link two (or more) sites together? Leased line? ATM? ADSL? SDSL?

How have you handled services – Have you kept services local to HQ, and used Terminal Services/Citrix to all access, or have you installed machinery – servers et al and allowed local processing to occur?

Our two sites are 70 miles (112Km) apart, so installing our own cabling is out.
