Adding another drive.

I have an ML530 server with a RAID level 5 using 5-36gig SCSI drives. The NetWare OS is already installed but as an after thought we are attempting to add another 36gig drive. Can I add the new drive without losing my OS configuration and what is the proper method in doing so?
