Adding Computer to existing Peer to Peer Network

I wanted to add a computer to a small existing network. When I do the
computer I added (I’ll call A) can see and connect to the other computers
on the network. The other computers can see A but cannot connect. The
message they get is “You do not have permission to connect to A. But I
have given permission on A for file sharing.

Any help would be appreciated.
